NEKE debuted at Māngere Arts Centre and Te Pou Theatre’s Kōanga Festival in September. As Producer, Nancy successfully secured two major grants for NEKE for the 2024 season, coordinated the creative team, managed the budget, and developed a comprehensive project timeline. Key responsibilities included overall management of budget and personnel, booking essential spaces, organising a filing system, and handling all contracting.

Nancy coordinated the project, overseeing a full marketing campaign, school performances, community engagement, and the premiere season at Te Pou Theatre as part of their annual Kōanga Festival. She managed audience communications and post-event evaluations, ensuring the project's overall success.
